  1. Final Sale Policy

Due to our products being personal care items all sales are final for hygiene and safety reasons. We do not offer refunds or returns once the products have been bought, while we do not offer refunds your satisfaction is important.

      2. Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged during shipping or is defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • Please be sure to email us at @Nexttgenco@gmail.com with your order number as well as a photo of the damaged item.
  • Upon verification, we will send a replacement of the product.

       3. Lost or Stolen 

Nexttgenco will not be responsible for any stolen or lost packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry we will confirm delivery to the address provided, the date of delivery, as well as tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate if they please.
